  • Intuitive and Mindful Eating Counseling

Our team of highly skilled clinicians will help you break apart those unhealthy and distorted belief systems and aid you in your journey back to body consciousness. Along the way, many of us lose the connection with our body’s cues. This leads to a tremendous amount of distrust of food and one’s body’s ability to utilize its nutrition. We will coach you every step of the way and help you heal and improve your body image and find food freedom.

    Our Approach

Depending upon the family make up and age of its members, we can work with a family as a whole or work individually with the child or parents. In many cases, children are more open to the advice and encouragement from a professional outside the family unit.

Our pediatric nutritionists are very clinically skilled to work with some of the most complicated cases. We recognize that when it comes to “our” children, the stakes feel high. We are equally as compassionate and relatable as we are clinically astute and deliberate

    Our Expertise:

    Medical Nutrition Therapy for:

    • GI Disorders (IBD, IBS, Celiac Disease and Tube Feeding Management)
    • Food Allergies
    • Failure to Thrive/Poor Weight Gain

    Nutrition Counseling for:

    • Picky/Selective Eaters, ARFID, Eating Disorders
    • Weight Inclusive Counseling

  • Weight Inclusive Nutrition Counseling

We offer a sustainable lifestyle approach customized to your schedule, professional and family demands, medically related dietary restrictions and palate.

We are aligned with an anti-oppression philosophy and approach each person holistically and compassionately regardless of gender identity, race, ethnicity, size or shape, sexual orientation or religion.

  • Gastrointestinal Disease Treatment

    IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome)

We coach, help identify offending foods and piece together a style of eating suited to our clients’ particular sensitivities. Our clinicians are proficient in the FODMAP diet, which can be beneficial for many suffering with IBS.

    Celiac Disease

IBD (Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis)

    Constipation

  • Sports Nutrition

Science recognizes sports nutrition and energy intake as the “cornerstone of the athlete’s diet.” Athletes that are not properly meeting their physical demands are at greater risk for injury as well as emotional distress.

Sports nutrition is a topic of constant change and has grown as a dynamic field of clinical study. We help translate the latest scientific evidence into practical sports nutrition recommendations for athletes of all ages and aptitude to achieve their best.
